Passable

My third visit might be my last.

The bed was super comfy ! Short walk to the beach! The shower has plenty of hot, powerful water!

10 dollars for parking per day! The price I was quoted online was about thirty dollars more when I received a receipt! Found screws in the parking area that I was charged to park in! Helicopter rides fly over continuously all day! Something made our door pop at night, which made me nervous .

I reserved an oceanfront view. I was given a room that had a direct view of a huge pit of dirt and the indoor swimming pool that was under construction. If you looked to the left you would see a partial view of the ocean. When I called to complain about it I was told that my request for a different room could not be accommodated and I had to find another room at almost 9pm.

I would not stay here again

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Loved the water pressure and extra hot water. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Loved that the pier was right outside

We did not get the rooms that we booked. We only had a partial ocean view and this ugly area where they are digging something out. The elevators at te entrance to our area were down the entire trip. There were no balls for the mini golf, per my booking I should have paid 312.00 and we ended up over $400. Booking.com stated the pools would be back up but they were down, and yet we still had to pay a resort fee, for what? We had no pools, no hot tub, no golf and no elevators.

Location great! View terrible construction site outside your window

Location was great

The room!! The room was clean but our view was terrible. When i checked in not once did the staff mention the ugly view of the construction outside of my window, when i asked for another room with a better view of the ocean the women was very rude in guest services she cut me off and said its nothing she can change and she hung up. I could tell the hotel was not sold out she just did not want to accommodate me any so for the price it was not worth it and the indoor pool was closed as well.

My stay was good. Would definitely stay there again.

The beachview the pier location and the piece and quiet.

For it to be a hilton maybe better coffee in the rooms a little higher grade of water.

Disappointing

Staff was pleasant, but hotel needs an overhaul or rebranding.

We had an ocean view with a king bed. Despite the condition of the hotel, the location of the hotel was very convenient.

The condition of the hotel and grounds were beat up. We booked this through Priceline, thinking that it was a four star hotel. It was clearly not. Although the lobby was in good shape, the seating in the restaurant was completely worn through. The floors of the restaurant, showed tremendous where. As far as our room was concerned The plumbing above us, shuttered and ground with every usage. Our toilet leaked. The clock radio did not work. The fan in the bathroom made more noise than the adjacent airport. The hot water was not consistent nor manageable. The lighting on the balcony that led to our room was a bit scary according to my wife.

Airplanes overhead. free hush puppies? Seriously? Maybe free drinks? Or breakfast voucher?

Good

The registration staff was very helpful, and helped get two connected rooms that met our needs.

The floor elevator area was hard to get in and out of with the heavy push open door. The walkways were wet and looked slippery. The room door was also very heavy to open.

Very poor

NOT the trip I had planned for or envisioned!

Close to the ocean

Construction and noise. Check in took 45 minutes due to person checking us in. This man was totally confusing and putting charges on my card got it declined when I was actually trying to pay with cash. Had to call the bank to get it straightened out! Was on the first floor with dog and handicapped husband. Was ridiculous trying to walk so far to elevator and get downstairs. Family was split up on 2 different floors. I had made the request to all be together as much as possible.
