My family and I enjoyed our stay, I would recommend it to others and would stay again in the future.

The staff were nice, professional and attentive. The room itself was clean, well kept and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. The gym was a nice addition as well. The property is right on the water and there are many nearby attractions that you can get to on foot.

It wasnt terrible but the indoor pool area could use some upkeep. It doesnt seem to match the quality of the rest of the facility but it seems like they may be doing some construction on that area.

I love Ocean 22! EVERY SINGLE staff member I encountered was very nice and helpful. They ensure that I had everything I needed. We ended up being there during a major storm and a tornado touched down to hit right outside of the property.

For the hotel to be so pricey, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Also, there was a mix up at the front desk where $200 was taken out for incidentals instead of the normal $100. That was taken care. BUT upon check out, a receptionist informed us that we would be receiving a refund. When asked what it was for she could not explain. Maybe about 5 hours, a manger called and said they couldnt pull an amount from my fiances card (the refunded amount) and basically pressed me about getting them the money THEY refunded me for. It was a hassle and I that made me totally uneasy about the hotel stay all together.

Mixed bad. Not worth the money.

The facility is located at a great spot and patrons have direct access to the beach. Indoor and outdoor pools are also available. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped.

Service, when required, was slow to non-existent. Parking is a block away. They advertise EV charging, which is very misleading. They have 3 120V plugs, one on each floor but the spots are not marked/blocked, so they are typically occupied by someone else. Even if you manage to snag a spot, charging at 120V (you need to bring your own EVSE) is very slow. When we drove around, we found much cheaper facilities had proper EV charging stations. On top of that, they charge $20 plus tax per day for parking! One of the reasons we selected this property was EV charging, but they clearly cheated.

Disappointing

Location. Spacious suites and great ocean views. Valet guys were great.

Customer Service. Visable scratches and gashes on the floors, kitchen cabinets and stove top. Loose front door knob. No comforter on the King bed in our 2 bd suite. During the storm water was coming through the balcony door. We used all our towels to contain it. Sales presentation I was invited to was also a disappointment and not worth the gift provided. When you say No, they ask you why and keep trying to sell you, followed by condescending comments. No one comes to get trash or check on you to see if you need anything. All you get is texts asking you to rate your stay.

Would likely come back again

Location and staff was nice.

It smelled like smoke in the hallways near the room causing me a to have a headache. Also the mattress caused my back to flare up. Other than that we had a good time and appreciate the facility and staff
