Property is great, the people staying here can be annoying

It was clean, quiet and spacious.

Someone was being loud in the hallway but I called the front desk and they sent security up right away. Ive stayed at a place where theres a fee for noise and I think they should do that here.

Very good

It was simply wonderful experience.

I liked everything about Freehand.

There was only one inconvenience that there is no dinning room facility offered where guests can be allowed to bring and consume food bought from outside. They were bringing their food into the dorms and the smell was so strong that it was making hard to breathe sometimes. Please have a dining room where the guests can be allowed to eat and drink.

Horrible and dirty!

Where do I even begin? Heres a list of things to improve: Fitted sheet did not fit the mattress. It kept coming off the bed. Advertising is misleading - it says its a pod but the door cannot be locked and the roller door comes off the roller and makes the loudest noise. Staff dont seem to do regular checks on maintenance to endure that the doors are working properly. Informed them of the issue and when they fixed it, maintenance had left so much dust and wood residue on my bed. Had 2 days without toilet paper in the attached bathroom and forced everyone to use the common toilets outside the room. Door has a sign womens washroom/ toilets however, I had 2 incidents where there were male guests use the womens facilities. Please have the key card system give access only to females or something else to ensure that it is infact for female guests ( have the washroom doors lock! Or something of sorts). The building is being remodelled so beware of all the dust and nails, wood pieces all over the main entrance. Its extremely dusty and looks warn out. If the building is under construction, please have a reflection on your prices. Price did not fit what the place offered. Its a 2 made to look like a 10!
