Dont get taken in by Marriott name. Just another passable stay

Service by clarence was noteworthy. A very willing to help attitude.

Hygiene on cutlery was bad. Despite pointing it out everyday, it is never clean. AC vents need cleaning to avoid the stink. Food needs to be tasted by chef before serving to atleast have salt in it. No activities on property. Deserted place almost. Just 1 restaurant nearby. Kava food is really mediocre. Front office staff need multiple reminders to get anything sorted.

Gym equipment was not fit and adequate. No activities for children. Noncompliance of rules in the swimming Pool. No swimming costumes used by guests. Children wearing diapers should not be allowed.

Good and satisfying stay

The best thing about this property is, with lesser cost it gives you amazing facilities and a great location to stay at. Also, breakfast - You can't just miss it. Sainath the head chef has some amazing hospitality skills and makes sure we feel like home by giving us the flexibility to order anything from the kitchen. Kudos to Shalini who makes really delicious egg dishes

The room size is quite small but I guess in that cost you may have to manage. The room walls are very thin, which means, aah you know what I mean. Last, but that's my personal, I wish we could have got the Balcony room with the pool view

Very good

Stay was excellent but location was not on the main roads but on connecting road which are too narrow. Breakfast was excellent and staffs wer very kind and helpful.

They don't have much activity except swimming pool and gym.

I am disappointed with quality of Marriott

Nothing to comment as I was disappointed with the quality of Marriott

Cutlery was not clean. Bathroom water outlet was choked. Variety of food during breakfast was poor. Waffles were hard, milk dishes like kheer was poorly prepared. Also the booking claimed that Anjuna beach was 1 km .. however it was 4 kms away. Dirty room was provided post checkin
