Perfect location for metro and walking to the blue mosque. Spa facilities were also very good

Central location. Friendly staff.

The hotel's doors are exceptionally heavy and noisy, causing a startling disturbance every time someone enters or exits their room. The overall ambiance of the hotel and rooms is excessively dark. The room furnishings appear worn, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. Additionally, several minor items are in disrepair, such as the shower slider and the hook for the shower head. Located near a very busy road, rooms facing this road suffer from significant noise pollution, making it challenging to sleep. The breakfast provided is subpar and of low quality, leading us to dine elsewhere. This was surprisingly disappointing, especially in Turkey, where even modestly priced hotels usually offer excellent breakfast options. The parking arrangement is merely a cramped street parking in front of the hotel, far from being a secure, private parking space. While the hotel is centrally located near historical sites, it falls short of a five-star experience. The hotel management explicitly requests guests to leave high ratings of 9 or 10 on Booking.com upon checkout. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this hotel and have no plans to return.

Excellent

The hotel was indeed 5/5 stars, with excellent cleaning service, the breakfast had plenty of choices and different each day (I loved the omelette they made in front of me, live cooking) and the stuff was very nice and hospitable, even on the checkout they gifted us with something sweet and water for the road and two souvenirs. Second time here and it didnt dissapointed!
