There are better options at this price.

Cleaning staff & Cafeteria staff about the property Rooms are spacious and cable TV works with all channels.

1. Location: This property is deep inside a colony and access is very difficult 2. Washrooms are very small. Doors are broken. No hot water in the washroom. 3. In room service is pathetic. The first day when we ordered 3 types of snacks, 2 coffee. We got first snack 45 minutes later, second snack came after 15 mins and the last snack came another half hour. Coffee came at the same time. We ordered them at 6:00 and got all of them at 7:30, by which time dinner had already started. 4. Preparation of food is different: Same dish ordered on separate days, had different taste, items were limited and the protein was dry.

A very good value for money stay in Goa (Do not expect a typical 5 star hotel experience)

-Excellent value for money. -Accommodating staff and prompt service. -Good clean rooms. -Decent breakfast and delicious menu options in the restaurant.

-Located a little from the beach (5 mins walk). -Some of the facilities are not properly maintained (swimming pool, activity room). -Grumpy and frustrated reception staff.

Average Stay

The room is good size, location is a plus. But there are too many things which need improvement. Property is old hence is rationalized in room cost... that is good but being a five star, what they lack in is service, breakfast for sure, basic request catering... these they must work upon.

Breakfast is very average. Not the standard for a five star. I had my father who is above 70 and we asked for a newspaper, which by policy is provided by the hotel.. I mean newspaper is not a huge ask and I was politely declined. When challenged, they accepted the mistake and blames reception desk for lack of knowledge. Water for washing car windscreen, again not a huge ask for five star hotel. Politely declined by reception, again the manager steps in and post complaint has this resolved. Point is if you raise or challenge, they will do the needful otherwise empathetic decline is the response. Order veg burger for parent, got chicken from Kitchen and then later post 1 Hr the veg was delivered... We understand it is seasonal rush but they anticipate the rush when we make booking during Year end, hence should be prepped up for the same. Five star is not just the property look and feel but also the service, the hospitality guests are subjected to which makes the stay a WOW feel. This the hotel lacks...!

Very Good Breakfast. Nice size room. Special thanks to Mr. Gulzar who made our stay special. this is the third time in the year we visited this property

Long time to wait to get check in. our room was allotted to us at 15:30 we had to wait almost 2 hours. 30 minutes after the checking time.
