Stay at this hotel. Its great.

Great location , Great being out the way of all the foot and road traffic however not to far to walk into attractions. Didn't use the metro nor taxi's. everywhere is walking distance. Anyone thinking of staying here , you should. Great stay

The rooms are a lot smaller than expected. Only 4 nights stay wasn't much of a issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Location excellent, walk to Central Park, 5th avenue and subways.

Fantastic location, clean, very friendly staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Syed on the door was excellent, arranged transport to JFK for us, stored our luggage etc. Syed was just a nice guy as were the front desk staff.

Midtown Manhattan

Everyone there was so accommodating. Rooms were always cleaned up to satisfaction. Staff was always helpful with a great attitude. Overall, it's a great atmosphere. Will definitely look forward to staying here again. Close within walking distance to everything in Midtown.

Hostel type of customer experience, be careful

Location is ok, although not excellent, especially now that there is a construction site exactly near the hotel and the noise is unbearable especially on lower floors. The bar is offering good quality product and bars stuff unlike hotel stuff is really nice

- Rooms are outdated, we have booked a bigger room on our second stay hoping for a better experience a d we got the 5th floor even though we did sent a message before - second bed was terrible, a sofa totally not comfortable for a 7 days stay - hotel stuff was really unprofessional, we did not feel welcome at all, despite being returning customers. Very rude, we ordered a parcel that arrived after we left and despite promising to us they will keep it, so we could send a fedex labe, parcel vanished and they claimed they sent it back Never will return! Totally overrated hotel with no principles on what customer experience is. We felt like in a hostel
