Disappointing

Location cant fault, accommodation needs upgrading.

The location to the centre of surfers paradise, the beach across the road. We could see the beach from our hotel room.

We chose this accommodation thinking it would have had some upgrades from when we stayed 10years ago considering the price is similar to other newer accommodation. Very disappointed that the carpets were stained, drink splashed up the wall and rust in the bathrooms.

room bathroom overflowed and staff were rude about giving us extra towels as we used ours to clean the overflowed drain as when u use the shower it would clog and come out the bathroom drain out of shower. was rude about getting extra toliet paper and bin liners, were given 2 rolls of toliet paper for 2 people for 7 days

Everything else but the views check out the next day. Room was very dated, bed was from the 90's, pubes and hair in the bed, shower drain blocked, air vents covered in thick dust, freezer box frozen over I could go on.

Location fantastic, close to beach and restaurants

No airconditioner. With constant night traffic and windows open to stay cool, getting sleep was difficult

Our aircon was broken , bathroom sink was clogged and kept filling with water , carpet around the bed was very dirty :(
