What a blunder to stay at such a resort which has least regard for customer satisfaction.

Only amenities and location. Stay very uncomfortable, cockroaches popping out of kitchenette drawers and cupboards

Cockroaches jumping out of the drawers and cupboards in the kitchenette. Complain registered at reception desk followed up by two emails to management. GM's response bizarre stipulating cockroaches are a common sight at this time of the year and that pest control measures undertaken regularly. How can such a statement come from a GM who is in hospitality business. Total ignorance and least concern for guests' comfort. My wife and I didn't sleep the whole night for fear of bugs jumping over our bed. We refrained from using cutlery, crockery and utensils for fear of getting sick. Instead of offering some kind of compensation even if not a refund, the GM offered a discounted rate for future stay which is again bizarre as who would want to stay again when the initial stay is full of misery and discomfort. It is like sprinkling salt over a wound. If the management had shown some compassion and courtesy, it would have made a huge difference and even the 4 star rating would have been justified. As far as we are concerned, it was a total waste of money. We were expecting to have a comfortable night after an enjoyable and exciting Newyear's eve party just down the road. We refrained from driving at wee hours of the morning but now deeply regret that we should have done that and slept in our own comfortable home.

Enjoyed our stay - kids were entertained with the fantastic facilities and its very central

Pool was fantastic, spa was not as hot as expected and had tiles missing sauna was great. Kitchen was well stocked - plates glasses toaster etc Bathrooms were great and washer dryer was amazing

Couches didn't feel very clean because of there material that they were made of - don't know how you would clean them regularly Bathroom door had hair on it - cleaning cloth must not have been clean

We have stayed here before and will continuing staying here when in Perth.

Location is very central - perfect to travel in any direction around Perth. Room was clean, very comfortable and we had great views of the river. We didn't use the pool, but we could see that it was very inviting.

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

My pillows were rock hard. Both tvs didnt work , only could get 2 channels. The receptionist wasnt helpful but I saw the maintenance man and he couldnt fix them
