B&B Belgravia has an excellent location within walking distance of Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the family room was a good size. However, guests noted (Read More)that the room was very cold even with the heating on, as they could feel the wind blowing in through the windows. Breakfast was reported to be okay.

The rooms are clean and cosy. The daily breakfasts are generous and delicious. It is well located.

Crap & most uncomfortable!

Nothing & a total misrepresentation of the room online! This is contrary to the mid presentation act 1974.

Everything it was a joke, health & safety was ignored & I nearly banged my head, sink not draining, microwave cupboard door not fully opening, light coming from underneath the door so couldnt sleep, extractor fan not working resulting in windows steaming & to rub salt in the wounds the blinds could not be rotated to let in sunlight, leak/stain marks on ceiling, no USB socket to charge phone, pillows were wafer thin & resulting in a neck ache Im exhausted writing about this! Do the honourable think & give us a full refund if you have any fairness in the veins. Id like to send more photos.

Exceptional

Lovely stay in ideal location to Victoria Coach and Train Station

The room was compact but ideal for my length of stay. We did have a leak from the radiator but this was dealt with swiftly. Linen was clean and fresh, even had an additional fan and electric heater if needed. The shower was a little tight and we were advised that the hot water was looking to be upgraded - had to let the tap run for a little while. Nothing major really just like being home waiting for the hot water to kick in - it was fine. The breakfast was plentiful, not buffet style which can end up with clients being wasteful. Breakfast cooked to order with loads of options available.

Can't think of any bad points. Our stay was just fine.

Location

Door handle missing, struggle to open door...a member of staff showed me how to hold the door key to open door..... and the door was too big to glide over carpet....fire safety compromised! Also had to cover the hole in the door where the door handle should have been. Inadequate heating so room very cold, the mattress protector looked like an old quilt, no pillow protectors, bed linen poor....sheets did not fit the bed, window blinds inadequate, exhaust fan in bathroom filthy, cleaning products left on bedside table.

I ordered specifically a double room and they arrange me into a twin and that room has extremely small bedand poor sound proofing I could hear the sound of my upstair all night. The staff changed my room the next day without any sign of apology and no intention to comoensate me the double room at third floor was significantly better than the twin and yet I paid 430 pounds for two night the staff was even rude when I pick up the luggage I am a paid costomer here and he scouted me to report to him before picking upI wasnt even seeing him when I came inand there is a bar code needed to enter yet he fear that I might steal others luggage

Disappointing

Disappointed with this Hotel.

We enjoyed our breakfast. Hotel was also easy to locate. The website pictures showed a very clean and contemporary room. This is what we should have received but unfortunately, it wasnt our day!

The website pictures showed a modern clean contemporary room. Instead we stayed in a dull and shabby room with a rundown bathroom which needed renovating. Bathroom was not to a clean and hygienic standard. We paid a good price, but received a 2 star standard room. Communication from Management was very poor. Owner did not reply to any of our emails and acted very unprofessional. The small compensation offered by him was not to our expectation, however, it was better than nothing
