Superb

Super location, cute single room

Great location, so close to tube and bus stations, many shops are around incl. MS Food, McD, Starbucks etc. My single room was so cute and had everything what I needed, it was warm there thanks to great AC. Continental breakfast was good with excellent filter coffee which is not usual. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

My only one comment is about staff which didnt look very friendly, especially lady in breakfast room, probably it was not her best day.

Superb

Very new , clean comfortable, hotel, I had a single room, nicely decorated, clean , And the breakfast, was well presented, good choice, and tasty

The only criticism I have was that the walls in the single bedroom I had were wafer thin, so could hear the chap next door snoring and coughing like he was next to me. But as it was just somewhere to lay my head at night while out during the day it didn't matter so much.

Excellent accommodation in London

Located 4 minutes' walk from the underground, in a very nice house. The single room was on the 4th floor. The elevator doesn't go up so far, you have to walk 16 more steps. (This was not a problem for me, but not announced in advance.) The room was miniature, but had everything. Very clean. The window, which can only be opened on a hinge, overlooking a private park. The staff are neutral except for the reception boy who is friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I don't have a good opinion about breakfast. The coffee is particularly bad. :) What they offer is fresh and ok, but very poor selection.

good enough for overnight stay. im glad it was just for 1 night. no toiletries nothing just bed and roof

checked in dec25.. and while i understand most are closed on dec 25. i asked hotel weeks in advance.. if they decide to take money and check in people on dec 25 that should mean there is decent staff in the place... no one was at the reception.. so from a tiring flight.. the CLEANER had to call someone to help.. lucky the cleaner helped. then the key card was not working but was told Maybe someone will come or maybe not... we paid for early check in but because of non-working key card waited for self check in at 3pm anyway... what a waste. don't accept check ins if no one will be there to assist, it is that simple.

Very good

I would stay again. Two minutes walk from Earls Court subway. Quiet and comfortable. Vgfm.

We arrived early - about 1pm. The receptionist allowed us to check in and leave luggage in room - we couldnt use it because it had not yet been cleaned. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and adequate with fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries / bread.

The shower was poor. Water was hot but the shower jets were were weak.

Very good

Overall it was a very satisfactory hotel in a good location for us.

The room was very up to date and very clean. Also we had a small balcony with a view over the private gardens which was lovely.

The bathroom was far too small for comfort . Also the shower dripped persistently.

Great location - book a larger room!

Great location! Around the corner from the tube station. Staff helpful when the reception desk was open. Not open after 9pm, so key is accessed via a wall computer system.

My single room was the tiniest Ive ever seen. There were 5 single rooms on the top floor. The lift only went up to the floor below. Im small & only had a backpack so I managed. It would be very difficult & cramped for a taller/bigger person with luggage, or someone who couldnt carry their own luggage up a flight of stairs. Might be better off booking a double & paying a bit more.
