Still my home from home in London.

This is where I tend to stay whenever I am in London. Room is clean, suitably spacious (there are various configurations), and always clean. Kitchen is adequate and fully functional. There is always a modest kitchen table which makes a great work space for me. As a neighborhood, Bermondsey has come a long way since I visited as a youngster, and is still an up-and-coming place. Bermondsey Street has interesting restaurants and pubs just steps away from the hotel. Grocery stores close by. Excellent bus connections. Tube at Tower Hill looks close on the map, but rather than wade through the tourists on Tower Bridge, I find it easier to walk a few minutes to London Bridge station and catch it there. Easy walk to most attractions on the South Bank. Staff are young, energetic, and always pleasant -- in fact, the entire place has a very youthful vibe. I recommend it, and I will be back.

No real problems. My room had no microwave this time, which seemed a bit odd, as I had used a microwave on previous stays. I would suggest adding another setting or two of crockery, glassware, flatware.

Perfect for short stay in London

Small apartment room with kitchen. Practical furniture. Great location in walking distance of tower bridge and london bridge tube station

Rather Narrow bed for 2. Light management rather confusing, but all lights dimmable

I had an excellent stay.

The staff was very helpful and polite and didn't make me wait to sort out the problem I had with the toaster in the studio kitchen. All the members of staff I have met were caring and really there to help me have a good stay; I know that it is the way it should be in every hotel, but in reality, it is not always like the case.

Ventilation in the room was a bit noisy.

Great, could imagine staying there again.

Location, facilities, room were great for 2 people. Coworking area is wonderful, coffee is delicious.

Upon arrival after 12 am we had to ring the entrance door several times for some minutes before someone let us in. Kitchen was missing paper/cloth towels.

- Location was good, and it is about 10-15 mins from the subway station. - Room design/theme and it's furniture were good - WiFi and internet stability was good

- Mattress can be better and more comfortable - Bathroom drainage could be cleaner

Not so clean. And 1 st room too small. Had to sleep somewhere else one night before i got another

No cleaning every day. First room was unexeptable. Sleeping room so small got clautrofobic. After covid they clean the rooms 1 time per week. Not normal

The air con didn't cool the room very well (in December). the controls need to be unlocked for a lower temperature ! The bed although fairly comfortable did not distribute weight very well. My wife kept rolling into me (I am not excessively heavy !). Best for one person only !

Fantastic stay!

Great location near tower bridge. Fantastic coworking space (was busy but did manage to find a space). Very accommodating allowing us to leave luggage.
