Amazing hotel, amazing service and amazing hotel staff who are so humble and kind!

Everything was perfect at this hotel, the staff are AMAZING. They went over and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant, I had so many questions about booking tours and where to travel to in Bali and the hotel staff were incredible and so attentive, they were very responsive and immediate in their action. The facilities at the hotel are great, they provide free water and also helped me when I had mosquito bites from my travel to Ubud. The location was perfect too.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and made me feel welcome.

Unfortunately, the rooms had no windows, which gave them a basement-like feeling. This lack of natural light was a downside for me and affected my overall experience negatively.

Staff needs to be educated on treating their guests right!

Really good resort with great ambience.

While checkout, we informed the receptionist and then they settled the full and final amount. However , when our cab arrived for the airport, they asked us to wait until they checked the hotel one more time which was quite offensive. I didn't like the staff behaviour at all at the end when we were on our way to the airport. :(

Peaceful stay

The ambiance is amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and welcomed. The entire structure of the hotel is unique and beautiful.

The first bedroom we were put in was very humid, you could smell it in the air. My boyfriend has allergies and he woke up feeling ill and very congested so we asked to change rooms. They were super prompt to help us even though the hotel was pretty much fully booked, so that was nice.

Great stay in great area

This was our second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Lovely room with a balcony. Bed comfy as always. Breakfast is good and can be brought to the room upon request. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located outside the busy parts of Canggu, but it's only 5-10 minutes away, depending on traffic. Can't recommend this place enough!

The pool used to have a stunning view over the rice fields. Unfortunately this time they have already started building, so part of that beautiful view is gone.
