Nearly every staff member tried to make the stay comfortable and personable. AC. Breakfast buffet.

The temporary final room deposit took two weeks and nearly 10 emails to be removed, which more than soured the overall experience. Shower and basin broken. Lunch / dining food options were vastly different from the breakfast quality.

The worst Hotel I ever stayed in life lifetime. I don't see the option to upload a cockroach picture found in the room. Bali is such a high-temperature place, there unfortunately, No Air conditioning in the hallway, elevators, or Breakfast Area. Waited for a long time to get the elevator as they just had one and it's an old one. Funny still they have old-fashioned Electric plug points where we can't charge your phone.

We had a fantastic stay with our friends and thought very highly of the staff and location

We had the buffet breakfast every day with our room which was fantastic value, we couldn't speak more highly of the staff, they were professional, caring, and attentive and did their best to make our stay amazing, the rooms were very large, the largest I've ever stayed in, the swimming experience was great, especially with the bar next to the pool, we also went to the spa and it was great value considering it was in the hotel, we loved the location - it is a short walk to a strip of restaurants and bars in Seminyak and in walking distance to potato head beach club

The rooms were run down compared to how they looked in the photos, the rooftop restaurant was closed during the period of our stay which wasn't advertised so when we arrived and there was no rooftop restaurant and that was disappointing, the spa was not as upscale as what we were used too in these types of hotels although the price did reflect that so that was fine, we wished the pool bar was open at night

The staff are friendly and helpful .Had contact allergy, the staff expedited my appointment with a physician at the hotel .

Location, far from the town center . The street going to nearby restaurants is not lit. Shuttle to the Seminyak village is limited.
