Exceptional

The hotel is clean and close to bus station. Also, I would like to appreciate Smit Incekara who helped me a lot during my staying and facilitated my requests to gym and SPA services.

Gym area is so small. You need to make reservations. The same SPA services. Power supply requires special adapters. You can buy it from store in the hotel.

The rooms do not have properly working heater or AC. The rooms are either too cold or too hot.

Great value for money hotel a little away from busy city centre

Large hotel with decent sized rooms and facilities and good view of city. Staff are friendly and helpful. Its slightly away from the busy old town which we liked. Uber app made sure we got good taxi fares.

Its slightly old and in need of updating. We spotted marks on bed and even bedding.
