Disappointing

The location is fantastic. While the overall experience was good, the reception's assistance fell short. Avoid park view rooms; they may not justify the cost. It doesnt worth the money you pay

This used to be very nice hotel and this is why I prefered to stay here for a great evening with my family in stanbul The location is fantastic, but be cautious about non-sea view rooms. Unfortunately, our room faced a construction work on the road and there was a GSM receiver underneath. Please see the photos from my room, not exactly same as the photos you see on the website. While the overall experience was good, the reception's assistance fell short. Avoid park view rooms; they may not justify the cost. It doesnt worth the money you pay

Ajia Hotel has the best view in Istanbul , this is our second time staying here and it was great!

Best view in Istanbul, perfect Yali experience Personnel are very attentive.

Breakfast can be improved, it is still 8/10

Thanks to staff our stay was ok.

Location is just perfect on the Bosphorus. Staff were great, polite and friendly.

I dont think they have professional management. Simple things were missing. Really spacious room and bathroom but not quite alright. There was no towel hanger, there was no place to put your bathroom belongings.

they gave a smaller room than we seen in pictures. next day we wanted to pass another type of room, they said it is suitable and they will prepare for us. couple hours later called us and told last customers want to stay more day. it is kind a shame, we requested room first and it was empty.

Good location, beautiful facilities, very welcoming staff, the breakfast was wonderful.

The room was too hot and unable to be cooled down via the wall mounted thermostat, so we had to open one of the windows to let cool air in. I concede that I did not contact the staff about this but I'm confident they would have provided me a solution had I said something about it.
