Great hotel, good location

Really nice, stylish hotel, very comfortable room that is well equipped and well appointed. The restaurant is great and it's in a good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very cosy and enjoyable stay.

The amenities were absolutely excellent and the location was perfect. great value for your money. Will defiantly come back at some stage.

The only downside is the parking.

Location was good & decor was modern

The rooms are very very small & seems like they are trying to fit too much into tiny space. We were incorrectly charged for items from the minibar- the same thing happened family members a few weeks later.

very confusing about the breakfast..at reception was told me it was completely free and then once at 3rd floor restaurant in the morning they charged on my 50 deposit 38 euros...I was very disappointed about that..they have to talking clearly, sounds like a joke

Great hotel, the rooms are super cool. Gym & Spa is 10/10. Food 10/10.

The car park was a 5-minute walk. Not ideal in the rain. Check-in was also 40 minutes late but gave us 2 free drink vouchers for waiting.

lovely, modern, photographable hotel that needs to apply some old-school customer service skills

the decor of the hotel was lovely and it has a really nice atmosphere. The location was great too. The pool was lovely, really relaxing and the girl who was working in the gym this morning, 1st Jan was really friendly and helpful.

Our check-in time was 3pm, we arrived around 1:30pm and were told one of our rooms (of two) was ready so we dropped our luggage up to that room and went for lunch downstairs. We went to check in to the second room at 3:10pm and were told the second room wasnt ready yet but would be ready shortly. I asked the girl on reception to please call me when it was ready as we had a reservation we didnt want to be late for and she said she would ask housekeeping to prioritise the room and would call me when it was ready. At 3:50pm we hadnt heard from reception about the room so we called from the room phone, and the man who answered said it would be ready soon and theyd let us know. Around 4:15pm two of us went down to reception and asked if something could be sorted as we needed to check in and were told the hotel was very busy with no apology. The staff didnt seem to fully understand the booking system on their computer and were talking about rooms that were available and werent available in front of us, it didnt put much confidence in us that they had a second room for us, despite paying for the two rooms and the security deposits on each in advance. The man on the desk handed us a key and said well be happy with this and asked had we already paid the deposit for the room, which seemed strange to ask when surely he was able to see that on the screen that we paid it when we checked in at 1:30pm? They were quick to check that we had paid everything but werent quick to offer an apology or an explanation, it was almost as though it was our fault the hotel was busy. The room we received was an upgraded room but honestly we would have just preferred a room on time as we had a reservation in the evening and didnt really get to enjoy the upgraded room anyway.

Hotel is in wonderful location, amazing gym and sauna facilities which my husband was delighted with! Outdoor pool a great bonus! Hotel was really clean and modern, room was very small which was fine for one night but if staying longer might have felt a bit cramped, nice big bathroom though and lovely shower! Staff were friendly

We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs, the food was quite expensive for what we got(quite basic but pleasant) my husband ordered a goats cheese salad with chicken, it was basically a bowl of leaves with a tiny few pieces of chicken and goats cheese, was also meant to contain candied pecans but there was about 2 or 3 raw pecans thrown in, I paid 25 euro for a very small piece of salmon and a few potatoes(tasted nice but not worth the price) the desserts were nearly 10 euro, we ordered a banana split which was meant to be roasted banana, toasted hazelnuts toffee sauce etc, it was a bowl of ice cream with a tiny few pieces of raw underripe banana and no nuts etc, again not worth the price, the staff were nice though and overall good experience other than that.
