The location is at a quiet island on the river yet close to the heart of the city. It has a relaxed resort type atmosphere in spite of it's small size and one can relax on the lounge beds at the edge of the water, gaze at the sky and the giant wheel across the water. The Spa and the Gym are also there forr those who like to use it.

The corridor walls were damp with heavy rain and bubbles were visible. The choice of food at the restaurat was very limited so we decided t go out for dinner.

This hotel was stunning in every way. After spending 3 full active days exploring, to come back to this hotel was a pleasure! The restaurant had a good selection of food, and was delicious. The breakfast on offer was exceptional. As for my room, I had a beautiful view of the warerfront. The room was very luxurious, and i was pleasantly surprised to see humidifier. I had a couple of issues with my room, the safe deposit box did not work, and the door lock was not working. However, the hotel more than made up for thus by offering me complimentary spa treatment, for my inconvenience! Amazing customer service!

The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The staff were very attentive at all times..

The resort rooms are a little tired. The main dissapointment were the towels in the bathroom which were extreemly thin in comparision to other hotels we have stayed in Vietnam for a third of the price. The hotel was very quiet so a bit devoyed of atmosphere.

Excellent boutique style hotel with good infinity swimming pool and Spa.

This hotel is located on a small island with access from a small bridge, therefore it is very quiet and secluded location, if this is what suits you, it is great! Pretty much all ground floor units, very compact design of the property (therefore minimal walking distance to spa, reception, swimming pool and restaurant). Of course if you want to go anywhere you need to call a taxi. Or if you organized a tour guide to pick you up everyday then it would be fine. Breakfast is good, and the infinity swimming pool very nice. Spa treatment also very good quality but in our experience more expensive than our stay in Hoi An. Staff was very helpful. Overall I rate it as boutique hotel, with very good value for money.

In the room there are not enough electrical outlets. To plug in the kettle I had to unplug the Television. Minor flaw. Overall we really love this place. I also had trouble controlling the ac which is full blast and hard to adjust. We did not mind this because it is pretty hot weather despite the month being November when we stayed here.
