Good but helpful if booking.com and hotel were more upfront about condition of hotel.

Breakfast was ok and location was excellent

Completely Dissapointed with Booking.com

We didnt stay at the property due to the complete renovation going on at the time With work going on from 7am till late, dusk, noise and with some guests having no water!!!

It was also very difficult to find alternative accommodation , and after tel Booking. com and telling a representative who asked me to hold, I waited for over 30 mins and was then disconnected!!

It was a building site! Lift out of order, the other lifts were taken over by the construction company, all the public areas were under construction and covered in dust and debris and materials. Extortionate prices for this hotel

Unless you want to be completely blindsided upon arrival, DONT.

Next to our port.

Rebranding and construction we weren't told about. Breakfast included how? There was no breakfast. No room service left us stranded hungry in a foreign country. Disappointed to say the least. Our room was "remodeled" but being in the industry, I know it would pass a brand inspection. No full length mirror, the sliding bathroom door offers minimal privacy. The television service was awful and we weren't able to watch TV. Let's ignore the leaning couch. The appearance was gross. Incomplete carpentry, Sheetrock dust in the artwork and on all surfaces, and construction banging away. Let's add the spider bites we woke up with because the construction is so haphazard and no one seals anything off here .. I've got an abscess on my face now because I slept in these conditions we had no choice but to accept. NOT A SHERATON as you expected it. It's a Bonvoy now. Not worth what we paid, or the hassle. The cost to find your own dinner, and breakfast make this property not only not worth it, but it's 100% false advertising. Stay away.

Superb

Location is great! Bed is comfortable. Room size is good. I like the roof top Swimming pool.

Didnt know there was a construction during our stay. Woke up by the construction sound at 8:00am. Didnt refill shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Overall it didnt bother us too much.

Good

The hotel was great, rooms were recently renovated, all very nice! People were friendly and helpful. What I didnt like was being woken up around 7:30 am by drilling and hammering. They are renovating the whole hotel which is wonderful but its loud in the morning.
