Very good

Nice, I will go back if they don't charge 45$ a day that can use only on their bad food

the location of the hotel, close to everything the room was very comfortable and clean the staff was very helpful and friendly

The restaurant food was the worst, the menu poor and expensive

Lighting was dark in the rooms and hall ways . No where for steam to go in the shower no fan in bathroom . Makes room humid and muggy!!!

Lovely stay that I e already recommended to others.

The last 2 nights there was a party/celebration going on that I could hear. But I was still able to sleep. It just woke me up.

Comfortable and location good!

It was a good location for outside of Downtown! Took 1.5 hours to walk though so you need a car! They give you money each day towards food so that was good!

Pool deck a little smaller than we thought but ok as it wasnt busy!

The bed was very comfortable The staff was lovely The swimming pool are was very nice The location was great

It would be good if the resort fee could be used towards breakfast or alcoholic drinks. We were there for a week and every day the empanadas were sold out for lunch and dinner. The first room we had was very noisy as we had an interconnecting door with another room but we changed our room and the other one was perfect

Exceptional

The room was wonderful (spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of room). The breakfast (payed separately) was great.

The only bad point was that we could hear through the bathroom ventilation system people talk on other rooms, which was annoying when we were trying to sleep.

Great Place!

Location is great close to restaurants and bars. Uber trips were in expensive (less than 10.00) to some of the major attractions like Old San Juan, Barcardi Distillery and La Placita. The $45 lunch and dinner vouchers every day during our stay was a plus. Also a staff member ( AC sign) waiting to greet us with an umbrella and longe chairs for the beach.

Didnt like that the beach wasnt accessible like I thought. We walked through a path to get there when we left we went through a hotel lobby. I wouldve been nice if the menu wouldve served a few different items on the menu each day but its still ok.

Great getaway from the cold

The pool was great. Didnt use the gym but it looked really nice. The bed was very comfy, the room itself was very well thought out.. plenty of outlets, sink outside of the bathroom, a great shower (water pressure, shelving, hooks), fridge.

While I totally appreciate the fact that the $45 daily charge could be used for lunch & dinner food and non alcoholic beverages, the food was expensive.

Stay was ok over, Ill most likely look for a different place next time.

The property was in a nice location, near several restaurants and a strip with easy beach access.

Extra charges at check in, $30 per day incidental free, and additional $45 per day for resort free. Resort fee is supposed to be paid with booking.com. Parking $22 per night. Bed was uncomfortable, worn mattress.
