Copamarina Beach Resort & Spa

The hotel was being renovated at least the lobby, on their web page it mentioned nothing about it, also I checked if they had the restaurants open, and only one was opened, people at the front desk were not even aware of it. Some staff at the restaurant were really efficient ,apparently they worked at the main one which was closed, others were very relaxed, and when you have to work you appreciate a faster service. I called in advance to have breakfast ready,told them when I was getting there, so I would have enough time, that was pointless, still had to wait 30 minutes. The second day I ordered the breakfast in advance,when I went to dinner I already requested the breakfast,when I came to have breakfast the kitchen staff was not even informed and I had to wait again around 45 minutes . And the food prices were too high, around 30$ or more for a breakfast. When doing the checkout, I was told I would get the bill in my email,and I emailed them twice and am still waiting for the bill. During my second night, there were a lot of mosquitos (zancudos) in the room I asked for help and what they did was to come to the roam and sprayed raid max and I had to sleep with that smell. The fan at the room was too loud it didn't let me sleep and when turning it off it was too hot.
