Facilities and personnel were great.

Disorganized parking information at arrival. Misunderstanding on steps to follow before check in other than valet parking.

Very nice hotel.

It was beautiful and very clean. The food was fantastic.

The main bartender in the swim up pool. He was the only person in the whole place that consistently looked and acted like he didnt want to be there every day of the week. Im a bartender and the first day we got there we ordered from him and I was thinking hes just having a bad day. It happens. Then every day from there he had the same scowl and attitude or didnt even recognize me. He is not happy with his job and it shows. Please highlight someone else on your website that deserves the credit.

Very good

Wonderful luxury stay and a great value during peak holiday travel.

So pleased with our stay! It was incredibly relaxing thanks to wonderful staff, a great beach and pool!

There could be more activities and evening options for families/kids/teens but the location made it easy to explore different parts of the city.

Nice pool

The price was way more expensive than beautiful properties that Ive stayed at in the Dominican republic, and the resort was just OK. Poor value for your money. There were no umbrella chairs on the beach, not to mention cabanas. The bars and sandwich/lunch spot should open much sooner. Looking down from our balcony onto the other building, rooftops look trashy, and kept up. I will never stay here again because the cost did not buy you a high-quality resort feel for the price Ive stayed in better places for even less money and at the same time of year since we travel the same week every year.

The staff was amazing I came down to San Juan for my birthday and they had a nice cake waiting for me. I had a great time the hotel is clean the staff helps you with anything you need.
