Passable

Got stuck on an elevator for 15min with my four month baby and the manager was less than sympathetic

Great location situated right next to a CVS and Walgreens and a block away from the beach

Good hotel in a central location.

Good central location, nice pool area, parking was pretty convenient, free bottled water.

The staff are amazing they are all good people. My stay was nice and location is perfect. I definitely will come back to

The property was at a perfect location. The room is beautiful (not impressed with the bathroom shower structure) its beautiful but a shower door will be nice. The hotel is clean the amenities are nice. A lot of restaurants near by. The beach is walking distance. A great location.

I enjoyed my stay they staff were all amazing.

All in all, it was a good stay.

I liked the jacuzzi best.

The pool and the location. The pool was small and the location was not very resort(ful). Also, though not too far from Old San Juan, it was a distance and didnt seem to have much night life.

Disappointing

I was disappointed since the ad stated that the hotel was updated.

The location was prime. It was within a short distance of shopping and restaurants. Taxis were easily available outside. Front office staff was there to answer questions although they moved slowly.

The rooms were old and outdated. The air conditioner leaked. The bed was made but the sheets were dirty. It was raining and the glass door leaked in water. The shower sprayed water and was not well mounted. Overall the hotel needs remodeling.

Bad and extremely hot room environment, poor response to fix issues for additional request.

The prompt response from the staff.

The air conditioner didnt work. It was so frustrating with the hot temperatures in the City. In three times maintenance department went to my room and try to fix the AC, however, never works. Also, we request towels for the room they never show up until the next day. The staff always was very kind, but their response trying to fix or provide any request was so bad.

Space was a plus factor; our mother who uses walking aide.had little space to maneuver

Friendly staff and customer service Near pharmacy and restaurants -great location!

The room provided Very little space Between the beds. Small bathroom. When it rained the carpet inside the room was trenched. The bathroom sink filled up too quickly.
