Exceptional

Fantastic!

This was the best hotel Ive ever stayed in. Beautiful common areas. Well furnished and clean rooms. Nice amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.

The elevator broke during our stay and we had to climb up 4 flights of stairs in the heat. My mother is a senior citizen so that was hard.

absolutely loved this property.

service was exceptional at all times. location is absolutely perfect in central old san juan. beautiful rooftop deck. there were so many wonderful small amenities (e.g. cheese & wine receptions daily, coffee and water stations, turn down service). loved the fitness center and restaurants. live music i could go on and on. will def stay there again.

room was a little small but the bathroom was upgraded. there was a power outage for quite a long time, but that couldnt be helped. wifi was very very spotty so beware if you need to work during the visit.

This is NOT a luxury hotel; it was the most horrible experience

nothing the worst experience

We arrived Christmas day and paid over $600 for a room that was dirty and had food on the floor. The phone system was not working. After going to front desk twice to ask for assistance in cleaning the unacceptable room condition, they did not clean the room till next day evening. Then the power went off from entire the hotel for over seven hours.

The staff, location and restaurants were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are visiting Old San Juan this IS the place to stay. Its located on the absolute cutest street with fabulous dining just outside and in the hotel. The location couldnt be more central. The restaurants inside the hotel (there are 3). Were shockingly delicious. I had one of the best chicken dishes ever. We were also traveling with our nine month old and everyone in the restaurants were extremely accommodating.

The rooms were on the smaller side and slightly less luxurious than shown in pictures but nice nonetheless and the bathrooms are updated.

Stunning building, incredible location, some nice amenitieswe loved the coffee lounge

Paid premium rate for a suite with sofa bed so my (very tall) sons could each have a bed. No linens were provided for sofa bed. When my son asked for linens he was given one blanket no sheets, no pillows. Internet never worked at all in either room.

Not worth the price

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I really wanted to love this hotel. It did not live up to the raving reviews that seemed to have been pushed to the top. This hotel really needs some attention and love. It is obviously been neglected.
