EL Colonial Adults Only is a gem in Old San Juan with a great location, accommodating staff, and a 24/7 open bar. The rooftop offers beautiful views and the rooms, though small, are clean and comfort (Read More)able. However, there were some downsides such as the outdoor shower and tub not working and the need for parking vouchers. Overall, the hotel offers charm, history, and a true Puerto Rican experience.

Very good

Staff was fabulous. Loved the open bar. Location is central and near many restaurants and bars.

Furniture in room is minimal and chintzye.g., one rusted out, $2 garage sale plastic chair, and two broken, $20 particleboard side tablesId expect a bit better from a refurbished hotel at $200/night Music in lobby was mostly super cheesy pop/club music, except for Jazz one evening. Its strange to hear music that a 13-year-old girl would pick in an adults only hotel. Blaring teenybopper music at 6:30 am just doesnt work

It was a fun experience.

Very small rooms. Due to the amount of rain it was very damp. Not as clean as I am used to.

Great location, friendly staff, quiet hotel.

I loved that they have an open bar for guests. The location in Old San Juan was perfect, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. I also like that they gave parking suggestions for me before my arrival.

There's no pool.

Fantastic hotel and location. Would definitely stay again.

Very good service. Every one of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location for exploring Old San Juan could not be better. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free bar is amazing. The rooftop is a great place to relax and look over the old city.

The shower was very hard to get the right water temperature.

Excellent and enjoyable time @ Old San Juan!

I absolutely loved staying here, the open bar is definitely a bonus. Everyone was very attentive and kudos to Cristian, he is very personable and friendly, my husband and I enjoyed our evening talks with him @ the bar, he definitely made my stay a lot more pleasant. The location was also great, you can walk to any restaurants, bars, stores etc. You really do not need a car.

The bathroom was very small so that did not meet my expectations.
