The hotel is getting alittle dated but the staff are amazing they try their best to overcome issues, The hotel has outdated rooms they need upgrading or modernising but all in all the staff made my stay excellent. I've stayed here on and off for over 15yrs and it's always surpassed my expectations Asante sana

The Staff was just super friendly and helpful. From the Super Concierge to the Bar attenders all bars are superb.

A history-lover's dream

A beautiful hotel with tonnes of history, character, and charm. Its very well kept, the staff are excellent and the location is perfect. Brakfast service was excellent.

The airport shuttle fee is a little pricey at USD $40. The room didn't seem to have complimentary water.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made us feel so welcome. George in the concierge team was extra helpful and we were so grateful for his help

Nothing, the Sarova was brilliant and this was a second stay for us as we liked it so much
