The food menu is limited (no change for the same menu for a long time), some of the old rooms need renovation.

The staff are extremely professional and helpful. My spouse was unwell and they went out of their way to ensure his comfort. The reservation staff, Alloyce, Maureen and Lucy were particularly kind in facilitating our check in and check out.

The Booking.com site listed our room as having a bidet. It didn't!

Disappointing

T The weakest hotel in this chain

The only good things that are there are the training center and the spa.

I wanted to say that after my stay in this hotel, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unfortunately, because the service is very poor, very self-absorbed, the rooms are not that big and the breakfast is the worst I have had in Kenya, the lady at the reception offered me a price of $30 per person for breakfast No I know where she came up with such a price, but I think someone is crazy if she has such prices, because I haven't found any hotels in Nairobi at this price for $30, in comparison you can eat a very good dinner with very good wine in the best restaurants, so the breakfast was hopeless. not worth any money plus it was dirty and terrible I don't recommend this hotel although they have another hotel in Mombasa but it's like a different world.

Exceptional

A beautiful stay in Nairobi

The hotel is very clean and looms very nice. The staff is very friendly, respectful and always willing to help. The rooms are average level of luxury, but everything is clean and well arranged. The pool is spotless and the spa/gym area are spacious and big (although haven't tried the services. The hotel helps with on the spot tours and transport to and from the city if going out in the evenings. The food at the restaurant is delicious (had breakfast and dinner) and the service very good. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!
