I would definitely stay there again!

The reception staff and porters were wonderful! Friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely with beautiful gardens to relax in. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and was very good indeed. There were always taxis available which made getting about easy.

I didnt like the fact that there was no option of inside dining in the evenings because there were a lot of mosquitoes outside. I think the meals were overpriced although they were very nice. The waiters were too over attentive but these are relatively minor issues compared with the good experience overall.

A very new colonial hotel different from your normal hotel experience. Very unique.

room service was slow. A burger took more than a 30 hour. The TV very small.

It was ok..

Some of the staff were lovely.

The food was average, and the hotel downgraded me and my family without telling us, and then proceeded to charge me - incorrectly - for a King Suite when we were staying in a junior suite. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and payment was due to be taken before arrival, but was not.

Superb

A beautiful place in the middle of the city. History and photographs on the walls were lovely to see. Staff were very kind. They accidently overcharged me for a taxi but were very quick to call and tell me (I hadn't noticed) and to refund the overcharge. The hotel has a lovely feel to it and it's easy to relax there. Thank you!

Drinks are a little expensive but very good quality (as was the food!) so not so bad.
