A great holiday which was needed following a hard year at work . It was so enjoyable .

Self Catering Facilities which I prefer when travelling.Good Location. I will be back in 2024

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed Ive had in a hotel, sheets hadnt been changed from the last person (we found a used tissue in the sheets), the soaps were all half empty so Id guess the same ones the previous person had

Great location and nice flat, but service needs a significant improvement

Good location and nice apartment

This was supposed to be a serviced apartment, however we barely received any service. Aircon in bedroom was broken as well as toilet seat and no one came to repair it despite we asked for three times. No one vacuum the flat throughout the whole week. So in general really low level of service.

Really enjoyed stay - would come back again

Clean, comfortable, roomy and in a great location.

Hallway to lifts are a bit drab. Missing a few facilities like a gymnasium or small convenience store or larger food dispenser range. Front foyer could be a bit more inviting with fruit bowl, cool drink. Utilises, kitchenware are a little light on. A small carton of milk and biscuits would be nice and maybe sachets of salt and pepper. A couple a plastic bags in kitchen draw would be good for dirty laundry bag. Still enjoyed stay

Location and availability of parking was good, however parking was overbooked for the number of bays available. Front of house staff friendly

No gym facilities, the room configuration (double) was not provided despite booking weeks in advance. Very noisy location. Very basic room amenities (no coffee) and cutlery was not clean and required washing before use
