Very good

Best staff. Great view of ayung valley. The spa experience was superior to most enternal spas. Did not see many insects as some other customers complained, or I would say it's much better than what I expected living in the juggle.

I don't understand from the busniess point of view why they charge extra for a cappuccino (not included in the the breakfastgiven I paid $600 Australian dollar per night.

Unforgettable staying

Very nice hotel, this is our second stay in this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, everything was perfect, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, they prepared the room well and sprayed the whole room to prevent insects from entering and it helped a lot. The spa was amazing, and the staff there were skilled. I advise anyone who visits the hotel to try a massage there.

Amaizing views, great privacy!

5 star experience all the way. Villas are great. View from private pool over the valley and jungle is amaizing. Big infinity pool and restaurat views are amaizing too. You can even see Mt Batur in a sunny day. Very clean. Bathroom with big tub, bedroom all comes with view over the valley and jungle. Very private and great intimacy! Separate outside shower full of plants. Food was great too. All staff very nice, attentive and very helpfull!

The beauty and solitude of the villas in an idyllic location.

Commenting on my particular Villa - Villa needed extra lighting in the large bedroom as not only do honeymooners go there. The refrigerator or an extra one in the Villa would be ideal as you dont want to be double unlocking doors, turning on a multitude of lights to go outside the villa to access the refrigerator once set up inside the Villa for the night. You are advised to not leave food remnants outside the Villa due to the animal population, however, there is no garbage bin outside the Villa to accommodate this. All minor points.
