The property is located in the heart of Ubud and villas offer authentic Balinese experience. The hosts are very kind. They manage the property and have kept it immaculately clean. Partha is available for anything you need. They provide massage service, transport, sightseeing and airport drop and pick up. We didnt have to look for any other people as Partha arranged everything for us at a reasonable price. Overall a fantastic place, we will come again.

Beautiful and calm Balinese style rooms, authentic and very tasteful! Super friendly family who runs it!

Beautiful calm space, rooms were above expectations and service outstanding. One of the best places we have stayed in Bali! Clean, nice surrounding gardens, pool and a small restaurant. Very good value for money! Outdoor bathroom was lovely!

Relaxing, accommodating and enjoyable

It was a beautiful, serene and traditional Balinese architectural home layout. As the property is shared with the owners, the five villas are separated and connected to the landscape. It provided great privacy and recluse when required from owners and other guest. As we were staying as a family of five, three children 7, 5 & 3 the ability to connect rooms was great, whilst still separated to enjoy own time. Pool was great and grounds were very clean. The owners Partha and his beautiful family were the most amazing host, cooking exceptional breakfasts, traditional Balinese food if required and more than happy to provide lifts to dinner or local warungs. Locations was close but far enough to be out of the center of ubud. This allowed a good connection to the local village and to walk to warungs and shops. Partha and his family can drop you to close warungs as part of the stay or to the main center of ubud and pick you up when required for a small cost WiFi is great and could work easily from location to We would highly recommend staying here if solo, couple, group or family

The place is beautiful and Patra is an excellent host, with even providing free transport and a good breakfast.

The wifi can be improved and as in much places situated in near jungle you should be a light sleeper, as the roosters provide a nice symphony in the early morning.

Highly recommendable beautifull location, personal and private.

This beautiful villa is situated just outside Ubud (via Campuhan ridge very walkable) which makes it quiet and private. The garden en the pool are just idyllic. The rooms/houses are very neat and clean and we love showering outside. But next to the place itself, the people are the heart of it all. So Makasi dear mr. Bata and family, all the best for Manni in University and for the best driver Wayan.

A somehwat elaborate menu is the only thing we can think off but we managed great with the delicious fresh juices, Bintans beers and goreng meals.
