Exceptional

Amazing Boutique Hotel

The property was in a perfect location right near the beach and tones of restaurants and bars. The staff and the Manager Minh were exceptionally amazing! Minh made us feel right at home.

Superb

Staff is awesome and willing to help. Cleaning is done every day. Restaurant is very good and even though it was rainy, the hotel is close to the beach. Also, it's next to some excellent restaurants.

Wi-fi in our room didn't work most of the times. Reception/ground floor wi-fi was always excellent but for some strange reason in our flooe we had "no internet".

Great value for money, but poor service

First of all I highly recommend this hotel due to the value for money. That said, this could be a 10/10 hotel if not for two things: the staff and the breakfast area. The good points: - hotel is new, great infrastructure, well decorated - great location for da Nang, walking distance to the main beach - they provide you with bikes and it is a great ride along the beach - nice food at the bistro - great cleanliness - and the cleaning ladies are super kind - we stayed in a great room - spacious, comfortable, great Aircon.. we also had a washing and drying machine for clothes, which was a great support

Staff: - Staff can barely communicate in english, even at the reception - the team is too young and maybe unprepared to work in hospitality. Service is poor. Breakfast: - the area is too small for the number of people that the hotel fits. We had to wait for about 15 min on our first day. The western option table can also get a little busy and cramped due to that - they quickly run out of coffee, mugs, fruits etc.. and take too long to refill it - they have a toaster and, not sure why, they kept on turning it off when we were heating it up to toast our breads. Not sure if this is a safety measure, but should definitely be reviewed - there could be signs on where to get cutlery from and also showing that you can ask for scrambled eggs or omelettes. First time there you get a little lost! - the eggs are really nice, but overall the options could improve. I get the feeling they work more on having a wider variety of asian options, given the guests are mostly south Korean and chinese

Near the beach and Peter from the breakfast was great, he was super attentive. All the people from the breakfast to be honest.

Is not a big thing but some of the employees struggle with the English which made it difficult to communicate with each other. I dont have an issue but still to improve English would be beneficial for future

Location, space, cleanliness, staff.

The glass partition in the shower separating the toilet is too small to prevent water splashing to the toilet area.

The hotel is value for money and the staff is friendlt especially Peter who told us how to try breakfast items. Indeed the buffet breakfast has many choices of vietnamese food.
