Overall, guests loved their stay at the Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis. The hotel had a nice ambiance and the rooftop bar and restaurant were enjoyable. The rooms were clean and some offered grea (Read More)t views of the Mississippi River. The friendly staff, including TJ with valet, provided excellent service. However, the valet parking was inconvenient and the fitness center lacked water amenities. Despite these minor issues, the hotel was highly recommended and praised for its pool and rooftop bar.

Superb

Rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable.

After showering, it seemed the glue from under the wood floor was seeping through the cracks of the floor. The bath mat and our socks were stained by this glue like substance coming from the seams in between the floor planks

Loved valet, loved the staff and their willingness to answer questions and help.

I am not thrilled with not having a private bathroom and the wallpaper in the toilet room made me dizzy lol!

Really didn't have a good experience overall. My car was stolen within w hour of arriving. did not stay the night. Nothing against the hotel but the city is riddled with crime. I wouldn't advise tourists to come to Memphis. Not until Paul Young do something about the senseless crime.

Overall loved it but next time planning to only sleep and not eat there

One of the top hotels I have ever stayed in and prior military I have been all over the world. From the clean cozy smell as we entered the buildings all the way to the rooms. My wife and I loved everything about it!

My only dislike would be food and beverage prices. Spent way to much money on good but over priced food. $4 can Diet Coke, break (2 orders french toast, 2 coffees and bacon) was 52$. Way to much money!
