We have already started telling family and friends that the Big Cypress Lodge is a destination not just a hotel room.

The lodge like atmosphere. The room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this to others.

My husband and I plan on returning. There was nothing we didnt like.

Nice place but not worth the price.

The shuttle drivers.

Our room was SO FAR away from the elevator. I dont mind walking but we were with my 80 year old mother. Disappointed the staff never asked us if we had a problem with the location of the room.

Amazing experience looking forward to a return visit.

Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was very good with very generous portions. It would have been nice to have a few complementary choices also. Free access to the Outlook with ability to jump to the front of the line. was much appreciated. Loved the lounge on the 3rd floor.

I was surprised fresh coffee was not easily found on site. Other than on the 3rd floor 6am-11am.

Visual overload, and thoroughly enjoyable

It was totally crazy, just visually awesome. They also the most comfortable beds and best pillows ever

No dressing table mirror in the bedroom, although there was a makeup mirror in a bathroom cupboard but we didnt find it until we were checking out

Nice dark quiet room.....and great spacious bathroom nice jacuzzi tub spacious shower great space in room

I didn't like the fact that hotel didn't have swimming area for guests whether inside or out or jacuzzi for guests inside or out those are great things to have when guests are traveling from long trips so because they didn't have a swimming area for guests I think price should have been a little lower for the rooms
