The bar/restaurant never opened during our entire stay and one morning breakfast was not available, which forced us to wake downtown on Christmas eve tonfind breakfast

HILTON GARDEN WAS A PLEASANT ADDITION TO MY FIRST TIME VISIT TO MEMPHIS. LOVED THE MODERN DECOR!

THE LOCATION WAS CENTRAL TO ACCOMODATE MY NEEDS. STAFF WAS ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND ATTRACTIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS A GO TO PLACE TO STAY IN MEMPHIS.

I HAVE NO NEGATIVE COMENTS.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Memphis, only one block away from the famous Peabody Hotel.

Its location is perfect for downtown Memphis as everything is walkable and in a safe area. Liked having a microwave in the room.

No kettle to make tea, only a coffee machine.

Great staff

I have never stayed in a hotel with a barn door as a bathroom door that provided absolutely no privacy whatsoever. You either need to tighten up the door or quit trying to be trendy and offer your guests decent privacy. Ridiculous.
