A gem in the heart of Mamphis.

The hotel is extremely clean. The location is outstanding. Right in downtown. Very friendly staff and great valet service. The patio on the roof is outstanding!

This was a great hotel. Can't wait to go back. Nothing negative to say.

Superb

Nice room with day light (corner), we asked to change the first room we were given because of the noise of the building ventilation. Very confortable beds, nice kitchen and very large bathroom Very nice lobby and abundant breakfast. Staff very attentive and nice.

The room was perfect!! Location was spot on as well. I felt like I could have an extended stay there. However, THE STAFF, that's the real gold stars here. They were pleasant and sooooo helpful. I will stay here when in Memphis, no need to look any further.

Good stay in Memphis

Good location snd friendly staff. Nice breakfast spread (better than usual chain hotel offering). Room decor bit dark and gloomy but good windows for daylight. We didnt need or use kitchenette. good restaurants nearby
