Requested a second chair, we had one missing never got it. It's getting too expensive for normal family. Already getting ran down looking. Don't receive value for what you pay.

There is not much around hotel other than Graceland have to travel out of area for food other than what is at resort and restaurants at the resort close at 10

Pleasantly pleased as I didnt know what to expect
Our stay at the Guest House was WONDERFUL! The staff was helpful, kind and attentive. They made us feel right at home! The rooms were modern and the decor was great. Loved the wallpaper selections. I would suggest the Guest House to anyone staying in Memphis, even if theyre not planning to visit Graceland. The staff made it worthwhile and the amenities like the movie, PB&J, cafe, gym and so much more made me glad to have chosen to stay there. Booking the Graceland tour was easy and they made it convenient to go over.
Scuffs on lobby furniture and in the elevator panels but that was really minor in the grand scheme

Loved the atmosphere, happy joyful.
Restaurant was pricey. Food was good, but expensive.

Loved all the staff and people. It was a great atmosphere. Loved how close it was to Graceland and the shuttle service they offered.
The water in our bathroom sink kept acting like there was air in the lines. Then, a bunch of brown water came out.
