Great location to explore Rome

Location is great! Very close to everything on foot. Breakfast is very good, great variety !

It was ok

Very beautifull, good location to the center and Trastevere, and a nice breakfast

Rooms were cold, and the temperature could not he set higher than 22 degrees. The bathroom was colder than 20 degrees, and it took probably 2 hours to warm up. The shower head was not movable, which made taking a shower a slighly unpleasant experience.

Good but in the end disappointed

The location is great and the staff welcoming.

We couldn't sleep because of people shouting in the street and staff wouldn't do anything. Moreover, we asked for a prepacked breakfast as we had to leave early; this consisted of a loacker bar, a fruit juice and a bottle of water. We asked the night receptionist for a taxi to Ciampino which took us to Fiuminicino airport.

I liked this place to stay for location as it offered great little places to explore around the area

Property was in a good spot, lots of places to walk to and explore. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy and provided for everyone.

Bath too slim and shower area too small (I love a bath and I dont think Im that big, but I only just fit, or maybe Im use to gigantic baths?) The only real problem was one night we got back from a massive day of exploring and decided on dinner from downstairs. It came out and we knew straight away it was a heated meal (ok, yes it did state it on the menu in fine print down the bottom which we didnt read at first) Hubbys meal was hot and cold and pasta not cooked properly. Then he cracked open the roll and it was mouldy. (I took a photo for proof) I do understand this roll may have been a one off but waiter didnt do much, but after telling the receptionist at check out they offered a refund of the meal.

Certainly would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and plenty of fresh fruit. Location was great for visiting our daughter at John Cabot University.

Room had a mildew/urine smell to it if the windows were closed. I think the mini fridge leaked into the carpet at some point. Luckily, the weather was pleasant enough to keep the windows open.
