The staff is wonderful. Very attentive. The facilities are extremely clean. The location couldn't be better.

It's a little noisy, but that is part of the charm of being in the middle of Rome.

Abhorrent Experience at Hotel Pantheon, Rome - Future Guests RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Depends on which room you get. My first night (room 402 - good). The second night (transferred without showing me the room first) to Room 501 - worse than any room I have ever seen. And then when I complained they said the hotel is full now and as compensation theyd offer free breakfast and an airport drop. I paid 640 euros for 2 nights and would never think about taking an inducement like an airport drop/breakfast for moving from a 20 sq m (specially booked and paid for premium room) to a 12 sq m attic like (room 501) called do not take room 501 in another review here. However, the hotel has an excellent location, and the day attendant was helpful.

(Hotel cameras will verify these incidents: Unsafe (I was PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED by the night attendant); Demeaning (urged to sleep on the lobby sofa (hotel camera shows midnight staff bringing pillow and blanket); and FINANCIAL PRACTICES (no receipts given on check out despite requests). Details follow: Date of Stay: 26th-28th October 2023 As a senior Indian citizen, I had high expectations from my stay at the Hotel Pantheon in Rome, given its four-star rating and excellent location and the rate of about 320 per night for a premium room. Unfortunately, my experience from October 26th to 28th, 2023, was deeply troubling and far from the standards expected of ANY establishment let alone a 4-star (highly questionable rating) hotel * PHYSICAL ASSAULT: On the night of October 27th, a dispute with the night attendant over room issues escalated alarmingly. The attendant physically pushed me against the wall of the corridor (between rooms 401 and 402), raised his fists at me like a boxer, and said hed hit me, call the police and claim it was in self-defense. This incident would be captured on hotel cameras (midnight), and is extremely frightening and inappropriate, especially considering my status as a senior citizen. * Inadequate Room and Service: Despite paying about 320 per night for a premium triple room, I was (on the second night) downgraded to a smaller, poorly ventilated room (501) without proper explanation. (Note: Room 501 has notoriously been reviewed on booking.com as Do Not Take Room 501). The hotel claims that I had accepted the downgrade in lieu of free breakfast and an airport drop (I disagree but that is a very minor point of discussion). That night the room (more like an attic) happened to have significant technical issues, (including a dripping shower that I did not complain about) but the faulty electric switchboard kept clicking periodically, making it impossible for me to sleep.

Great stay in Rome, perfect location within walking distance to all the best spots

Fantastic location a few steps from the Pantheon, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also great! We were also able to walk to the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and Piazza Navona for the Christmas Market all in one night

Parking was a bit tricky to find, the underground lot recommended by the hotel was full. We were able to find lot that was a 15 minute walk so not a big deal

Lovely historical boutique hotel right next to Pantheon!

The lobby is simply beautiful! And Carrera marble and Versace tiles cant go wrong with those! And the gorgeous rustic wooden ceiling in the rooms! Also loved the breakfast!

The location was really good, next to the Pantheon and a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and all other major landmarks The breakfast choice was good and set us up for the day The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes so there is plenty of choice for whatever you want to eat
