Overall a good experience.

The property offered a great buffet breakfast. The staff were polite. The rooms were pretty spacious. However the mattress on the bed wasnt of the best quality. I had back issues after sleeping on the mattress

Horrific experience

This is a horrific hotel. Manager Prateek is the worst ever met person in the hotel industry. He asked us to leave the property at mid night when we complained about the room although we were staying with family and kid. We would like to complain the owner of this property about the managers behaviour as he literally threatened us to leave else he was ready to fight. Most of staff was drunk.

We avoided any fight with the manager as it was a new year Eve and we were staying with family. Hotel manager whose name is Prateek, he called and threatened to check out immediately as he was already in drunken voice. To avoid any bad situation we checked out of hotel for the safety of our family. Owner please take action against your unprofessional manager.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The view from the balcony is amazing. The room is very clean and bright. The sunsets are amazing.

There is no hot water. If you don't want to eat spicy food forget about taking anything from them.

I have enjoyed location while staying at this hotel as it is surrounded with trees and view is very nice.

Some of the facilities were not there , there was no option to turn off night lamp and it was not fixed till my last day so i was disappointed with that part.

Don't get carried away with mountain view.

Clean rooms, comfortable stay, good Ac and wifi. Acceptable for deal we got. We had some work in porvorim so easy for us to move around. Staff is cooperative, they tried their best to help us. Need more training and polishing. Good this is parking is available for the car. Passable.

Difficult to contact then on phone and wrote many emails. Had to call multiple times to communicate. And wasted big money on international call but still couldn't get connected. Finally booking. Com staff heled us. During our stay to get connect to the reception was big task. we hv to WhatsApp them for everything and then receive auto generated text. No one replies to that . So we had to climb down For room service. Then definitely work was done immediately. Staff was cooperative but communication was a issue. Staff should be given uniform so they can be recognised and look presentable. Breakfast poor . Sheera was served without sugar. They put loud music during bf which is really irritating. Should keep toilet tissues in the wash room
