The Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria received positive reviews for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. The meeting rooms were spacious for conventions, but the parking syst (Read More)em only accepted credit cards, causing frustration for some guests. Despite this, the staff was excellent and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel's location was convenient for walking to the Galleria and nearby restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable and the city view was beautiful. However, the food and drinks at the hotel were expensive.

Lots of hair from previous occupant on the shower wall, door to pol area that wasnt fully shut but wouldnt lock either.

Birthday Vacay to Houston

I absolutely love Hilton properties, they are too tier in my book and the room having a balcony for fresh air was a plus!

The facilities need a good renovation. The room we were in the bathroom rail was hanging off, the balcony door was off track, which allowed a lot of cool air into the room, and some of the walls/furniture had scratches and dents.

It was good but the house keeping was over stepping and a little out of pocket

It was a very pretty hotel and the breakfast was amazing the people helping put down there were awesome

The room keepers came into our room with the do not disturb sign on the door, I had went to get break fast and my girlfriend stayed in the room they didnt knock or anything and walked in and were rude and asked when we were leaving it was only 10 and check out is at 12 that was the only part of the hotel I didnt like and made me uncomfortable

Dont recommend this hotel as bathrooms were shabby, water not hot and very unfriendly staff

Great location and reasonably comfortable bed

Staff were not very friendly at all, their demeanour bordered on rude. Shower was not hot and no water pressure and bathroom was tiny and mouldy. Rooms smelt of cannabis and I figured it was coming through the air vent in the bathroom. Pool was cloudy and not very clean.
