the only thing they good at is finding ways to charge you. i paid 500dollars in exchange for a broken cable. what a joke. the service is weak it took us 4 days for them to come and clean our pool/ inspect for lizards. i wouldnt recommend it

The villa was very spacious for three adults. It was very clean and the service was great. We enjoyed the private pool, and overall had a great stay. I'd like to thank Melanie in front desk and Dhanraj for their great help

The distance between the villa and the main entrance is long, but we appreciated the shuttle service

Beautiful villas with access to the facilities at nearby luxury resorts

Reception desk was very friendly.

Booking.com should explain where to go to find the Reception, that was not explained. You need to go to the entrance of C Beach, which is not at all in the same area as the villas.

nice villas and below average service

- the villa were amazing.

-restaurants and activities are always fully booked -room service closes at 7 pm which is too early -looks like there is an alignment issue between the 3 three resorts. the service at the resorts drops big time if they knew that youre staying at the villas
