The staff were amazing in all areas of the Hotel it was clean and comfortable

The food wasnt very good when we ordered from the menu it was served cold Breakfast was ok but again food could be hotter .. scrambled eggs were good

A great place to stay if you are in Da Nang

Great location, clean and nice smelling facilities, buffet breakfast, attentive staff and overall a top-notch place to stay in Da Nang. With all this in mind, Golden Lotus is well worth the buck and price-to-quality ratio wise offers far more than your cheaper, low-end hostels or big, international 5* chains. I would certainly recommend staying here and I myself intend to return to Da Nang and stay again at the Golden Lotus in the future.

The sound insulation of the building could be better. At times, there is noise coming from other rooms and from the street level below (karaoke music, loudspeakers of the bao salesmen, etc.), which could potentially affect those visitors who are light sleepers. That said, this is honestly the only fault I could find and with the many positives added up, I don't feel it would be right to deduct a full score point.

Location is great (beach is nearby and great bars, cafe and restaurants around). Staff is welcoming and attentive. Facilities are new and clean, room is perfect.

Staff was very good and the in-room dining options were delicious. Chef even made a few out-of-menu dishes for us on request. We also got a free room upgrade to a sea-view room. All in all an excellent experience.

Very charming staff. Polite and helpful, 5 stars! Clean and nice rooms and a rooftop infinity pool. Nice neighborhood with lots of great food. Tip: great Coffee house around the corner - "Sun Coffee" - who serves an incredible coconut coffie.
