Good

The hotel is beautiful, good location, staff helpful. The view is stunning. It was clean and all we needed for 1 night.

The hotel feels like has dump problem. The beds felt wet. The room did not smell nice. There was a wet mark on the ceiling in room and outside of the room. The bed was rock hard. It was ok jus for 1 night.

It is situated at great location, wonderful breakfast, great view. Staff & service were best. Thank you so much to the staff Shantha, Nilakshi, Deshani, Dhanusha for the excellent service and help us in many ways during our stay at Ella Flower, Thank you so much!

Pleasant

Staff was fantastic. The manager and Lilith were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort. We didnt have hot shower, and immediately came to fix it. Thanks to the manager for arranging dinner for us.

The hotel needs maintenance. Rooms are outdated.

The staff were very helpful, specially Chandra she was so friendly and a great help during our stay. Highly recommend it as its close to everything, 9 Arches Bridge and Ravana Pool Club and Ella Town.

The pool wasnt heated, it was freezing
