Very good

Comfort and convenience of self catering. Cleanliness needs to be upgraded.

Good location.

Not sure if its a design flaw as the loo had a continuous smell.

Good

The facilities are good, but the beach is not walking distance. Friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffets are average. The two-bedroom apartment is quite spacious. Shops are close by, one shopping center is walking distance.

The cleanliness and general hygiene are rather poor. The apartments are only serviced around 14:00-15:00 daily. Swimming towels aren't easy to find.

Nicely decorated, good location.

On the first day when we checked in, the place smelled really bad. Upon inspection of our 2 bedroom apartment, we discovered that the dustbin in the toilet was not cleared. It was full of smelly SANITARY PADS that looked a couple of days old. We called reception to tell them this and we told to empty the dustbin ourselves as there are no cleaners on site at that time. Imagine having to clear out somebody elses pads during check in, something that should have been done when the room was cleaned. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ended up moving the bin to the passage just so we could get rid of the trash. We were extremely uncomfortable in that room. We went to reception the next morning to lay a complaint and we were told our room would be cleaned and fresh when we return from our excursions that day. We returned around 16:00 and our room was still not cleaned. They only cleaned at 16:30. It is extremely inconvenient to be cleaning our room that late. We then requested a new room after all that hassle. They gave us a new apartment, but we discovered that the apartment did not have hot water. We again went to reception to report this and they sent the maintenance guys to fix it but the problem persisted. They ended up having to give us another room to shower in. Imagine now having to carry our bags up and down the hotel for 2 days just to go shower in another room. Worst part is the room they gave us wasnt even cleaned and reeked so bad. In the new apartment they moved us to, the cleaning was not done to standard. One of the beds was not made, they left used cups unwashed and did not clear the living room coffee table of used papers left there from the previous night. I particularly found the staff at reception to not be helpful and would absolutely not recommend.
