Hà Nội hotel was worst not like 4 star I will never recommend grand cititel hot (Read More)el to anyone, I was not happy with the guide they provide us in Hà Nội. Seems like she was in hurry, even in danang the shuttle guide who takes us to golden bridge was also rude to us because we arrived in meeting point 5 min late n she didn’t waited for us n she left in golden bridge and after that she talks very rudely, our returning flight in Vietnam airlines damaged our luggage in compensation we received 2000 rupees from airlines
