Visitors must have an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to arrival or on arrival to Sri Lanka. This rule is, however, exempted for Maldives, Seychelles and Singapore nationals and Indians and Russians having diplomatic or service passports.

Visa for Indians - Fee & Requirements
- Duly completed and signed Application Form
- One passport size photograph (in white background)
- Passport with at least six months validity
- Photocopy of front and back pages of passport
- Confirmed returned flight tickets, hotel bookings for the trip
- Original bank statements for the last six months
