We had the best time of our life because of the hospitality ensured by Shine Lan (Read More)ka and specially because of our guide Mr. Afraaz. He played a multi purpose role as guide/driver/photographer and was available 24×7. Whenever we want, what we want and how we want, it was made available by him and it was a fun experience. One thing is clear that more than money these people are people-centric and to ensure guests stay happy is their priority. Couldn't have been any better.
A hotel room for 1 night in the itenary was very bad and the staff was least bot (Read More)hered. But the people at Shine Lanka ensured that we were satisfied by providing some extra experiences to make even with the dissatisfaction at the hotel.
