1. Bai Lan Beach

Nicknamed Lonely Beach, the Bai Lan beach is the perfect place to spend a quiet day relaxing. Located in one of the more developed areas of Koh Chang, the lonely beach is known to have a wonderful ecosystem of hotels and restaurants for easy accommodation. The shallow, calm waters are not suited for swimming but make it an ideal place to come with kids.

2. Khlong Son Beach

The Khlong Son beach is mainly an area inhabited by locals with very few tourists. Home to a small fishing community, the beach provides an opportunity to explore local life on a bicycle. The area also houses the best elephant camp on the island, a beautiful waterfall and even jungle-trekking services. Equipped with a huge resort and many amenities, the Khlong Son bay is a hidden gem of Koh Chang.

3. Chai Chet Beach

A long white sand beach with calm waters and cool wind makes it perfect for a walk in the evenings. With few people, this quiet beach is situated on the Northern end of Klong Pao. The headland offers a magnificent view of the sunset and even a small trail through the woods. For those looking for some scenic introspection, Chai Chet is the place to be.

4. Bang Bao Beach

5. Pearl Beach

Pearl Beach is a famous rocky beach in Koh Chang, the largest island in Thailand. There is no soft sandy stretch of beach here, but only a rugged seashore with boulders, rocks, cobbles and pebbles. Also, there is little scope for beach activities as the rocky shoreline could make walking the coast or wading into the gentle waves challenging. Nonetheless, the view overlooking the Gulf of Thailand is just as mesmerising.

6. Lonely Beach

Lonely beach is another beach attraction in Koh Chang, Thailand. It was once a popular beach destination for backpackers and had only one small complex of bungalows for tourists. But, in the past few years, the place has developed and become more commercialised. There are hotels and resorts located at close distances from the beach. Although the beach is not wide enough, the shore is quite long, with soft sands leading into the backwaters. Contrary to its name, Lonely Beach is also well-known as a party beach.

North White Sand Beach is a stunning beachfront located on the northern side of Koh Chang Island in Thailand. Easily accessible via Rural Road, the beach, as the name suggests, is a long stretch of clean white sand and azure waters with gentle, playful waves. With a decent number of hotels and restaurants around, North White Sand Beach is a popular tourist attraction to go swimming, beach surfing, sun-bathing, etc.
