Review for Yaronkisawari Holidays – Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience
We recently booked a Kashmir trip through Yaronkisawari Holidays, trusting them to manage our entire itinerary, including hotels and transportation. While the trip started smoothly, we encountered sig (Read More)nificant issues that turned our experience sour.
*Uninformed Additional Costs*: During our visit to the beautiful valley of Gurez, we were informed by our driver that his cab wasn’t allowed in the area due to local taxi union rules. We were required to hire a local taxi, which was not included in the package nor communicated to us beforehand by the agency. After much back and forth with Yaronkisawari Holidays, they offered to cover ₹4000 out of ₹6000 and insisted we pay the remaining ₹2000, citing "humanitarian grounds." Initially, we reluctantly agreed to pay ₹2000 after the sightseeing. However, after learning that the union taxi driver was only paid ₹4000, we declined to pay the additional ₹2000, which led to further unprofessional behavior from the agency’s manager.
*Substandard Accommodation in Gulmarg*: Before booking, Yaronkisawari Holidays showed us photos of the hotel, which appeared to be clean and comfortable. However, upon arriving, we found the reality to be completely misleading. The hotel was located on the outskirts of Gulmarg, surrounded by a construction site with no cafes or markets nearby. The room was in terrible condition, with a foul odor, drying mattresses on the staircase, and leftover fruits and items from previous guests. We shared actual photos of the room with the agency, but the representative arrogantly refused to acknowledge the state of the hotel and continued speaking to us in a dismissive and condescending manner, showing no intention of resolving the issue.
*Unprofessional Behaviour*: When we reached out to Yaronkisawari Holidays to address the unacceptable condition of the hotel, they were unhelpful and dismissive, stating they had shown us the hotel before booking (misleading photos). After deciding to leave the hotel and arrange our own accommodation in Srinagar, the agency's staff sarcastically commented, "Have a good day in Srinagar," and displayed rude, unprofessional behavior throughout the entire conversation.
*Lack of Accountability*: Instead of addressing the issues, the agency repeatedly claimed they were operating at a loss by offering us the package. This was completely irrelevant and unprofessional, as we had booked through them with the expectation of receiving the services we paid for, regardless of their profit margins.
In conclusion, Yaronkisawari Holidays’ handling of the situation was far from professional. From hidden costs and poor communication to misleading hotel images, unlivable hotel conditions, and rude behavior, this agency failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a travel service. I would not recommend Yaronkisawari Holidays to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Few drawbacks marred my Kashmir experience: frequent power cuts, limited dining options, crowded tourist spots, and restricted areas due to security concerns. Also, high prices and long queues at popular destinations. Despite these, Kashmir's beauty and hospitality shone through.

It's been pleasure travel with Yaaron Ki Sawari holidays, last month we are visited Meghalaya with them , top notch service & specially commitment always kept high.

Recently we had planned a trip with Yarokisawari to Andaman. The trip was well managed and was cost efficient than other agencies. There was no hustle and bustle all cabs and hotel booking was well ma (Read More)naged and on time. The cabs drivers provided was professional and co-operative & friendly. Hotels provided was good and clean.We had a great time here thank you Yarokisawari special thanks to Shyam who manged all things.

Very bad experience with travel agent Yarokisawari
Very bad hotel, very bad vehicle, no coordination between travel agent and driver, staying in home stay house instead of booked hotel in Darjeeling. Travel agents there is no respect for talking, this (Read More) is very bad behavior, These travel agents take bookings only by lying. They are just giving a bad name to the entire travel agent industry.
Assam & Meghalaya tour
Don't book your trip with them. Pathetic experience. They don't know how to manage a large group of 12 members. No coordination between driver, organizer and hotel. We have to call and co-ordinate. Ho (Read More)tels which they booked are below average. Hotels they have booked couldn't serve sufficient breakfast for 12 people where as it was included in itenary. Eg. All are adult and they just serve 1 aloo Paratha per head and when we asked for another, they said it's chargeable. Tour company denied to add breakfast for day one where as they have committed it before. The behaviour of some people of the company are terrible. Wasted half day of our time. Day 1 stay was at Aditya Palace where as after reaching there we got to know, we don't have booking there. They taken us to Erica Residency, Guwahati. They confirmed us to give early check-in where as we got room at 11am at the normal time that too 3 room for 12 person. We have to adjust to get ready. Erica Residency service is very poor. Couldn't provide sufficient breakfast for 12 people. Hotel la castle, shilong was next stay where the service is average. Next stay was in Highland camp, Cherapunji. It was an out of network area and far from city. No network, no communication, no road to that place. It was scary place as no house within 2km of that place. Next stay was TG Resort, Kaziranga where room quality was pathetic. Low grade room.
Moreover what they committed, couldn't fulfill it. When we claimed that the service at hotels are poor, "Yaron ki sawari" replied very rudely. They don't know how to talk with customers. They have a transport agency and their manager is too rude. 2 of drivers they provided are cooperative.
Pathetic arrangements..
The hotel Bookings were late, many problems to get the good breakfast, so we lost most of our time in waiting for rooms and breakfast.The T G resort at kaziranga was of cheapest quality but the charge (Read More)d more.. The organisers were very rude when we complained about the situation, they ruined our journey.. If you want to carry headache, frustration and ruin your trip, please do bookings with Yarokisawari travels.. It's worst..Hated it..
Shillong Cherapunji Package

The trip was very well executed. Tour coordinator Nabanita was exceptionally cooperative and was at help whenever required. The driver Sofikul was very humble and polite and has a very good knowledge (Read More)of the spots we visited.
To sum up, the trip was very excellent and memorable with "Yarokisawari". I recommend everyone to take services of them, without any hesitation.

Driver was not interested in anything. driver should be knowing at least something and should be enthu to take unexplored places or at least must have brief histroy about place. however in our case he (Read More) was not interested in anything. they promised xylo or innova and they gave ertiga which was not comfortable as the seat was very stiff and my mother has cervical problem she was uncomfortable in entire trip. driver was not interested in taking us any place even though written in itinerary. i want suggest this agency for sure.

Bad stay
I booked my kashmir trip with them with amarnath yatra. The cab driver gave our information to one of his friends and he started texting us as a travel agent and asked for money. Then the hotel they b (Read More)ooked was not alloted to us on arrival as they it's fully booked. Never book your trip with them you are only wasting your money.

मैने अरुणाचल का टूर लिया जितने का इन्होंने बोला उतने रुपए दिए और मेरी बुकिंग 4 स्टार लेवल की करने को बोला था पर इनके होटल की लोकेशन और स्टैण्डर्ड 2 स्टार का भी नहीं था। बॉम्डिला में हमे होटल बोल कर हो (Read More)मस्टे दिया गया लेकिन वो होमस्टे अच्छा था।
लास्ट दिन काज़ीरंगा में हमे बिना AC का रूम मिला में ये सब देख कर परेशान था की 4 स्टार में क्या AC रुम भी नहीं मिलता और ये इतनी ऑफ लोकेशन थी वहा से हमे 35KM दूर एलीफ़ेंट राइड के लिए जाना था इसीलिए हमे शुबह 5 बजे चेकआउट करना पड़ा।
रिस्पांस अच्छा था लेकिन मैनेजमेंट अच्छा नहीं था।
तवांग में होटल जाने के बाद पता चला कि हमारी बुकिंग किसी दूसरे होटल में है।

They promise high quality service before you make the initial payment, keep calling you till you make the payment but the service was okayish. (Read More)
Even though I had a cheaper quote with other travel agency, I went ahead with Yaarokisawari based on video reviews they shared and the pre-sales promises of high quality service. We did not get a sedan as mentioned; asked for a driver who could manage a little bit of english - didnt get that. But luckily for us the driver was a gem and made our stay pleasant throughout.
They charge very high (I think >40% premium) for the average service available with any other agency. I am not able to find the Google reviews page now to have a more public review.
Bottomline: Usual service; dont expect anything wonderful. so negotiate to the core until you get a fair price

I had booked a 3 star package for shilong and cherapunjee and paid extra bugs for it. But they gave very below average hotels. When we somehow manage different hotel by our own. Then they said that w (Read More)e have arranged it for you. Also said ki Aapko raste pe toh nahi rehna nahi pada na. very unprofessional and rude behavior
Cab driver was also very rude. All the agent and manager, behave Like we are getting it for free and not paid for any services.
I strongly recommend NOT to book your trip by this agency.

Had an amazing experience with yaaro ki sawari. The trip adviser haril was too kind and patient with all the bookings and customisation of itinerary as per our needs. They provided amazing hotel booki (Read More)ng at the best affordable price. The chauffeur allotted too was really humble and showed interest in showing the best local sightseeings.

Good and Reliable Tour Operator
I had hired Yarokisawari Travels for my trip starting from Bagdogra - Gangtok - NathuLa, Changu Lake, Baba Mandir - Lachen - Lachung - Pelling - Darjeeling - Siliguri. The tour started off very well w (Read More)ith the driver arriving at Bagdogra airport promptly and driving us to Gangtok. Thereafter, we had a wonderful trip to NathuLa ... Unfortunately, due to landslides, our trip to Lachen and Lachung had to be cancelled, but Mr. Haril Rajak and Mr. Pintu made alternate arrangements for us by giving us an extra night at Pelling, one extra night and an upgraded hotel at Darjeeling and an extra point of visit Kalimpong. Hotels at every place was very good, with Garden Reach Hotel at Kalimpong being the best. All the drivers were very good, informative, courteous and humble guys. Special mention about Mr. Gopal. The hotel at Siliguri, Sundaram Palace was not all that good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I must thank Yarokisawari for taking good care of us and customizing the tour as per our needs. They are indeed a reliable tour operator and I would highly recommend them.

As per our mail communication what we have mentioned we have provided the same hotel and same room category, Each and every hotel was perfect at Gangtok We have given The Regal Hotel, Blue Pine Lache (Read More)n, Green Tortoise Lachung, Rhisum The Haapo Retreat Pelling, Anutri Hill Resort at Darjeeling, We did't expect 1 star ratting after giving best hotels and best service. Each and every hotels service is perfect, not a single hotel is under construction.

We booked our Sikkim & Darjeeling tour with them, the tour was great and smooth. We didn't had to worry about a single thing as everything from Pick up to Airport drop were taken care of. Definitely r (Read More)ecommend for Sikkim, North East and Dargelling tour. Hotels booked were very good and had great service. Driver basu for north sikkim and nandulal Sharma for west sikkim were very kind and helpful. Dawa da in Darjeeling were also very friendly and timely dropped us to airport.
Pintu da from yaro ki sawari was one call away throughout the trip and helped in any possible way he could. Must recommend Yarokisawari for sikkim and Darjeeling tour.

The travel agent promised us to provide all the places of Gangtok & North sikkim on sharing basis but after taking money fr (Read More)om us they failed to visit us some places and also didn't pick our phone.Thats why we traveled with another travel agent and we spent more money than we expected. So we request to all of you don't go through this travel agent.Yarokisawari & specifically the guy SUBHAM they didn't return our money.
That's why I request all of you don't go through any travel agent .It will be better if you go there and contact the local travel agents on MG marg & they will guide you better with very less money. Trust me guys local agents are best than any other outsiders
I made a big mistake as I believe Subham & Yarokisawari.

Agent speak foul language and tell us he will cancel the trip in the middle of our trip if he wants to.

North Sikkim Package
I took package for north sikkim tour on sharing basis and felt cheated as the same package was available to co-travellers on half price. They didn't even know the correct name of hotels where my lodgi (Read More)ng and boarding arrangements were made. After reaching destination you had to hunt for hotel.Food served was of very poor quality and 10 persons, including driver, were forced to sit in a sumo taxi.
I regret booking with them.

Trust your customers
They should trust their customers as majority business in the world runs on trust. They should also know their customers well to offer them what they want. Trip to Gangtok
They marketed like they are world class tour operator and lied to me that they are the owner of the Teesta Riverside camping. There was no snacks, live music and hiking there. Bathrooms were the dirti (Read More)est. They charged a lot on our trip. This choice will be a regret.
